Chilled Beet Soup (a.k.a. Svekolnick) 4.50
This is an exceptionally popular summertime soup in Russia. It is served chilled, loaded with fresh cucumber, hard boiled egg, green onion, fresh dill and sour cream.


Entrees
Much of Russian cuisine is designed to keep warm. Visiting a Russian home on a cold winter day, you will find the kitchen full of the hot and delicious smells of traditional "warm up" food. When people of other nations may be bewailing the weather, the Russians say, "A good eating day", while rubbing their hands, glancing at the gray sky and steamy windows with satisfactions, they hitch their chairs up to the table.
